Certain terms and conditions apply to all holidays and travel arrangements referred to on this website. You will be sent the appropriate booking form for the applicable tour operator together with their Terms & Conditions. You will be required to complete the booking form and sign to acknowledge that you have read their Terms & Conditions. Prices are subject to currency fluctuations and other changes without notice. Note that all booking requests are subject to availability of flights and accommodation on receipt of payment.

The CANCELATION POLICY of each of our preferred tour operators will apply.  They conform with the recommendations of ASATA (Association of South African Travel Agents).  Please refer to their Standard Terms and Conditions and included in correspondence  and/or with your travel documentation. Ts&Cs apply.  

AIRLINE policies regarding cancellation and changes of reservation are also referred to in the applicable tour operators Terms & Conditions.

The quoted price (ZAR) on this website should be taken as an estimate or guide only.  24/7 quotes & bookings for Beachcomber Resorts are also available on this website.
