Since 2008 we have sent thousands of holiday makers (from Southern Africa) to Mauritius. Arrivals from  South African in 2023 now exceed pre-pandemic figures and resorts are reporting very occupqancies throughout the year (2023). 

Mauritius Holidays* represents the major hotel groups as well as a select number of independent hotels on the island.

We promote hotels & resorts that have undertaken a rigorous Health & Hygiene Protocol in conjunction with local public health authorities and/or World Health Organisation guidelines.

About Us

Both Des O’Loghlen & Roger Mackie have been managing Mauritius Holidays* for more than a decade after spending  several year’s travel experience for big and small companies in South Africa.  They both have served on the Board of ASATA (Association of South African Travel Agents) and Roger has served as President of that organisation and represented South Africa on the Board of UFTAA (Universal Federation of Travel Agents Associations). *Established 2008.
